The threading was more painful than other places I have been. When threading, the hair were taken out very slowly, thus making it painful. I have been in other places and it was quicker and more precise beside the pain.

The place is a bit difficult to spot and the salon is in the basement. But once inside, the rooms were clean and the chairs were comfortable. Good quality hot wax is used. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
