Not great that my appointment was 20 mins late (and the wait was on very uncomfortable high stools) especially after the time of my appointment had already been put back because the appointment was double booked.
The hairstylist smelt very strongly of smoke which was extremely off-putting.
The haircut was good, but I won’t be visiting again. This is a shame as I’ve been several times in the old location and had previously had good experiences.
