I was taken a room with no lock which I felt uncomfortable about because it is in the basement of an office building so literally anyone could have walked in. There wasn’t even a sign on the door to say it was a treatment room. The room wasn’t very clean and the beautician found the treatment difficult and kept asking me whether I had shaved between waxes (which I never do). Have been having waxes for 10 years and no issues before!

Good treatment but all very slow and started 20 minutes late without even acknowledging the delay. Not good for lunchtime!
