Hate to leave bad reviews but wax was so patchy that i had to book another last minute wax elsewhere. lady was lovely and she explained it was her first day at that salon but i even had small burns from wax being too hot. Really unfortunate but if I order a hollywood and go through the pain i do expect all hair to be removed. Also no locked door so wasnt super sure of my privacy throughout. All other reviews are good so presumably mine was sadly a fluke experience but bare it in mind and maybe make sure all hair in the area has been removed there and then rather than checking later.
