BEWARE OF THIS SALON!
I booked a gel nail removal on treatwell for £9 (I had OPI powder nail varnish on which is similar to gel and just needs a soak in acetone to come off naturally). When the treatment was complete i left and went back to work. I then received a phonecall from the salon demanding additional money and telling me i should have paid £25 for this service!!
This 'service' involved me soaking my nails in acetone and then having the excess buffed off with a nail file on top. (the actual new lady who did this was lovely so I don’t want this to reflect badly on her). However, they did not cut my nails, they did not shape them, no use of hand moisturiser, nothing.... How they can charge £25 for this is beyond me especially when every other salon i have ever been to in London charges £5.
Its a shame they lost a customer over this...

Feels like being in an office and some hairs were missed after the waxing. However very convenient location and had availablity at short notice which was good.
