This was my first time here due to needing to find a new waxing salon close to work. The look of the place seemed really nice and clean which filled me with relief, the end result of my Hollywood wax was perfect & painless which I was greatful for after such a bumpy start (the staff seemed unaware why I was at the salon as they thought my app was at 1.20 although I had 100% booked 1pm with booking confirmation as proof. The staff got really flustered and finally informed me that my therapist would be with me in 5mins..unfortunately it was more like 10-15mins.) However it was not the therapists fault and once Dee took over all went smoothly and competed my wax in good time so I was able to get back to work asap! I will be back but fingers crossed the booking process goes smoothly next time.

The whole team here is fantastic! just lovely people ! I had my nails done by Dee and Sharon who both did a great job. I had some issues with nails breaking however they have been so lovely and got them fixed for me straight away. I genuinely dont think I would go elsewhere now and I highly recommend them! x
