I booked for a gel removal, turns out it was not the correct one. They did not tell me this the therapist just asked her manager what she should do. They changed to acetone soak off. Mid-way through my treatment I was told I should pay more money for it. So I left with the treatment half finished. It's also tricky to find the place and the therapists have the phone going off every second during your treatment and have to run up and down the stairs to go and collect people. Very unpleasant!
