The lady did a great job with my hair and I was very happy with the end result, however she was running very late and it took a good 2 hours of my day to get my blow dry done which should have been completed in under an hour. Maybe they need some more hairdressers on site or to give more time to each slot.

Bit of an odd location at the bottom of an office block. No windows. They were running half an hour behind and even had to turn booked appointments away. Cut was alright, bit rushed at the end because they were running behind.
