Conditioning treatment has 3 steps not 4 as described; my layers weren’t cut also which was weird. They also had to keep running back to the till to check exactly what I had requested. It was clear they were over booked which I think was why I was rushed through.

I really like the staff here and it’s very close to my work. I can have my eyebrows done and be back in the office very quickly. And my eyebrows look great!
