The worst manicure experience. Dee didn’t know what I was booked-in for and didn’t ask. I told her my nails were weak and I brought my strengthener. Despite this she proceeded to over buff, I now have raw pink nails which hurts to the touch. She nearly cut me twice during cuticle work. She also lied about the top coat brand they use - completely unnecessary as the brand they use is perfectly fine also. Salon is in the basement of an office block. I won’t be going back.
