Good atmosphere, good staff, happy overall. They are in the middle of refurbishing the place, but you will still feel welcomed, treatment will be done accurately and professionally.

The staff are really friendly, which makes the atmosphere and the experience much better. However my only issue was the wax was a bit too hot and not enough post wax treatment was given which means it left my skin quite iritated.

Dee is brilliant!! She does the best hollywood waxes in London. I'm always in and out in 15 minutes, and it's a pain-free experience. It's seldom you find someone who can do that!
