My appointment was booked during the tube strike which meant I'd have difficulty getting there... The staff called me up and rearranged my appointment - they even opened 15 minutes earlier to fit me in! Amazing sevice - can't recommend them highly enough!

The therapist was very friendly and trying her best to make the waxing less painful. From the negatives, the appointment started about 10mins late and also their card reader wasn't working so I had to run and find a cash machine after the session.

Great facial and great therapist. I came out very relaxed and hydrated. The only downside was the noisy pub outside (as it was around 6.30pm)

I went in for a 1/2 leg wax and it was really good. Dee was really good, made me feel so at ease that I ended up having a Brazilian too - Something I had gone off doing due to the pain! Definitely will be going back...
