Once we found the place, it was nice and the staff were all very friendly. The price was reasonable, but the manicure was not great. The shaping was awkward but there was not much that could be done to make it better in the time we had and the gel was gooped on, so it has already come off in chunks only 3 days later. At £40 I would expect the manicure to last at least 2 weeks, if not longer.

All was ok however my nail was chipped just after the treatment. also around my nails there were excess polish so it also makes the polish come off. please take this into account. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

I booked this service very last minute (15 minutes before the treatment time), so I was very happy to get a spot. My therapist, Dee, was SO pleasant. If you've gotten a Brazilian before, you know it is a painful experience, but Dee was so genial and talked with me the whole time so it turned out to be quite a pleasant half hour. They were quite short-staffed while I was there so Dee had to leave me a few times in order to get the door or attend to incoming clients, but I didn't mind. She was extremely nice about it, and I'm sure it was a rare occurrence. I did come at the end of the day. I have nothing bad to say about my experience. My skin was not irritated at all, and I am so happy with the service. I am definitely going back!

The reason this is a 3 star review rather than 4 star is because there was a mix up on bookings and when I arrived I found out that the appointment was supposed to have been rescheduled (someone was supposed to ring but didn't). That said, they did manage to squeeze me in and I was perfectly happy with the manicure as always, but was away later than I had expected due to the mix-up. Staff are extremely friendly and the manicures last really well, so it won't stop me going back.
