The staff at BOTS are always so friendly and I love coming back for treatments. They are quick and thorough and always make me feel really comfortable. The location is also really convenient for City workers.

I needed a manicure at the last minute for that evening, and managed to run here in a lunch break without a booking. The staff were very accommodating and managed to squeeze me in despite it being a very busy day. However the nails themselves didn't last past the evening. To fair I only needed it for one day!
