Difficult to get in as the door wasn't opened/working when I rang. A bit disorganized as the lady doing my treatment had to leave half way through due to her child's illness. Couldn't find the plug for the basin etc. But a busy time and the treatment was excellent and has lasted wonderfully. So I will be going again.
