Excellent gel manicure - really happy with the result. I was expecting a bit more cuticle work, but perhaps I didn't need it. Staff were really friendly. Not the most glamorous location but perfect for a quick, professional treatment if you work nearby

I needed to reschedule my appointment and did so for the following week. There was then a lot of confusion as they seemed not to have recorded the reschedule and tried to contact me repeatedly on the day of the appointment. Once that hiccup had been rectified however, the actual appointment went very well, the staff are friendly and considerate and my therapist was very thorough, I am very happy with the result.
