I arrived at the venue on time for a hair removal I had booked in advance, I had to wait 10 minutes for a 10 minute pre-booked appointment. The stuff was extremely rude, unapologetic and unprofessional. In the end, I was refused the treatment when I complained about the delay and the unprofessional attitude, by simply being told that "they do not like people like me". The person who was responsible for the treatment (perhaps the manager?) also refused to give me her full name in order to include it in the formal complain I was planning to make against the venue, while she also refused to arrange a refund while I was still at the premises. Overall, an extremely stressful experience due to the rude, unprofessional, and discriminating attitude of the stuff. On a separate note, the space is extremely small and uncomfortable.

What a funny little salon. The staff are friendly, the salon itself is very small and the set up is by default a little awkward (for lack of a better word). My cuticles were cut a bit too close for comfort, just slightly, but the result is quite good. I'll come back.

I had a Shellac shape and polish during lunchtime - only took 30 mins and came away with a perfect set of nails! Miriam was an excellent therapist, very professional and had great attention to detail, I would definitely use this salon again.

I love this salon so much the staff is very very frendly and the service is great never had time to leave a review before but i feel every one should know about this place a real hidden gem ,I have being having my treatment here for yearsand I must say I would not go any where else really amazing Thank you guys see you al soon
