I had a Shellac shape and polish during lunchtime - only took 30 mins and came away with a perfect set of nails! Miriam was an excellent therapist, very professional and had great attention to detail, I would definitely use this salon again.

I love this salon so much the staff is very very frendly and the service is great never had time to leave a review before but i feel every one should know about this place a real hidden gem ,I have being having my treatment here for yearsand I must say I would not go any where else really amazing Thank you guys see you al soon
very disappointed.
I can not begin to describe my experience with this salon and the treatment and especially the manager.
I have LVL lashes, then realised later on they look the same and i had a bad result.
I told the manager and she said to come in and have the treatment done agian.
After speaking g to other clinics they told me you can not add more perm on after you just had the treatment as it will damage the lashes.
After i explained this to the lady who was the manager, she pretend it was her colleague that i spoke to, when i released it was her voice, how funny was that.
She then texted me saying the reason i never got a good result, was because the perm was out of date.
Come on you are using out products on your clients.
She then called me to explain and i mentioned to her how andy i was and she put the phone down twice on me.
After arriving at the clinic she then kept telling her colleagues who was really nice by the way and shocked at her ratchet behaviour.
She refused to come out of her meeting and speak to me and she would not let anyone refund me she told them she would call me .
What a unprofessional manager, cant describe how angry i was.
Please been warned.
She comes across very nice at first,

I was a little disappointed with my experience here. I received no cuticle care (cleaning of the nails or removal of the cuticle skin) it was just the file and polish, which wasn't value for money in my opinion. I noticed the customer next to me did have those stages included in her manicure, and generally had a friendlier service, so maybe it was just my bad luck. Having said that, I was impressed with the ambience of the place otherwise, I was seen to quickly as I was on my lunch break and they had a variety of nail colours available. Unfortunately the shellac chipped off less than a day later! Great location, very convenient to get to if you're in the city but wasn't impressed with this particular treatment.
Another great mani and pedi experience at Beauty on the Spot! Very happy with the colours on both my hands and feet! Very lovely people!
