I was a little disappointed with my experience here. I received no cuticle care (cleaning of the nails or removal of the cuticle skin) it was just the file and polish, which wasn't value for money in my opinion. I noticed the customer next to me did have those stages included in her manicure, and generally had a friendlier service, so maybe it was just my bad luck. Having said that, I was impressed with the ambience of the place otherwise, I was seen to quickly as I was on my lunch break and they had a variety of nail colours available. Unfortunately the shellac chipped off less than a day later! Great location, very convenient to get to if you're in the city but wasn't impressed with this particular treatment.
Another great mani and pedi experience at Beauty on the Spot! Very happy with the colours on both my hands and feet! Very lovely people!
Efficient salon. Appointments on time and quick to fit in a lunch break. Staff are lovely and very professional. Waxing is thorough and relatively pain free!

They didn't know I had an appointment so the lady who was cleaning has been asked to do my waxing. Very quick but not good at all. I won't book another appointmen there.
