The people were lovely, and it was a good massage. However, it started 20mins late, as I noted from the clock in the treatment room. When the therapist told me the massage was over it seemed to have been very quick. I went to look at the clock again and it wasn't there anymore! It had been removed! A look at my phone confirmed my suspicions. Only 20mins had elapsed (I had booked for 30mins). Because of this, I won't be going back.

I had the facial and therapeutic massage, the lady who did both treatments was very good. However it is a tricky location to find especially when the pub near by is busy and the street is crowded. They do offer other treatments which is great for a very central location. Convenient for city workers. Staff are very friendly though the rooms could do with a bit of updating. Would have preferred more pressure for the massage but it was still enjoyable.

The salon is under refurbishment so looked like a construction site.
The massage itself was terrible. I had to ask the masseuse 3 times to put more pressure and still it felt like she was just rubbing some oil on my back. She wasn't very experienced and didn't have any real techniques except rubbing oil in circular motions. Terrible!
