Beauty on Spot is great and they offer a wide range of treatments, however, I found the service to be a little more. When I booked through treatwell, I got a call straight away to say they couldn't do that time and tried to move me to a different time which was a little frustrating. It was also quite hard to find the venue and I had trouble getting let in. The building is very strange and not quite relaxing as I would expect for a beauty venue and the toilets are very hard to get to. I wouldn't not visit here again but it's not my favourite place.

Treatment was delivered by 2 different people which was not explained to me. I felt like something went wrong during treatment but again nobody explained it, I felt very uncomfortable and it felt like they were hiding something from me.
