I was anxious on arrival as I was surprised by the venue as it was not a traditional beauty salon, but rented rooms in an office building. However, the staff were welcoming and the treatment room itself was clean and calm which I could not fault. The facial was amazing and I would book with Madeleine again.

Treatment seemed quite rushed. Therapist seemed adamant to remove as much hair as possible in one rip - which as you can imagine is quite painful but also a different approach to many other waxes I have had.
