So painful - the wax was clear and sticky and caused me so much pain. Not sure what the wax it was but it wasn't smooth and opaque like normal. Total agony I couldn't even finish the wax.

The treatment itself was really good - almost didn't realise it was happening! Always have good treatments there but I do find the way the place is managed a bit odd - there's always carnage going on with the booking and the manager can also be quite rude.
