I had a brilliant therapist here but she left. The last time I had a brazilian wax it was extremely painful and I found the therapist very rough.

I was anxious on arrival as I was surprised by the venue as it was not a traditional beauty salon, but rented rooms in an office building. However, the staff were welcoming and the treatment room itself was clean and calm which I could not fault. The facial was amazing and I would book with Madeleine again.
