I wasn't pleased with the service at Beauty On The Spot. First of all, their prices are way too high. I paid £40 for a shellac manicure with removal and that did not even include cuticle work. The result was that the ends of the manicure were not nice and clean and when I asked for that to be corrected I was told that it looks like that because of the cuticles and I should have paid extra for cuticle work.
I think good beauty service is to explain to the client what they need, if they thought the result will not be perfect because the cuticles need to be cut they should have said at the beginning just to let me know, rather than me being unsatisfied with the result.
The nails were also filed too hard on removal and polishing and I feel them much weaker now. One nail already broke.
Bottom line, the prices here vs the service provided just don't add up.

Quick and (relatively) painless! The best thing is using Treatwell to get a same-day appointment in the City, paying in advance and knowing it is all set - excellent service!

Ideal for someone working the City, extremely convenient to get to. The treatment itself was great, so was the end result - could not be happier. The timings available for the appointment were great, lots of choice which was good as timing is quite short for me anyway due to my job. The lady who did my treatment was friendly, and made me feel very comfortable given the treatment nature. I could not have asked for a lovelier beautician. Definitely would go back! Buying through treatwell was definitely the best option as personally I would not pay the full £55 that the treatment should have been, £35 is definitely more reasonable! I made another appointment to have my nails done that same day as I felt so welcome.
