A very convenient little salon inside an old city block. Will be back. Very happy with my express Guinot facial although it started 15mins behind my scheduled time.

The salon itself wasn't that nice. slightly odd set up. my appointment was about 10 mins late. then the wax was so hot. I kept telling the therapist it was hot and eventually she said it had to be hot - i have been having hot waxes for about 2 years and have never had wax so hot used - it was painful. quite a lot of hairs were left that I then had to pluck out. it was also a lot more expensive than where I normally go.

I've been coming to BoTS for a 18months. The standard of waxing differs greatly. Some are amazing, some not so much. Some say hot wax and use strips. If you get a good one it's great. I'm going to start requesting my favourite.
