Sadly the hot water wasn't working so had to have my hair washed with a kettle. Started 20 minutes late but after that it was a fast, efficient blow dry. The staff were great but my curls held less than 20 mins :(

I would not recommend eyebrow threading with Beauty on The Spot, had it done in many places and that was one of the worse one.
