At no point were hands sanitised or was I asked about shape, etc. The treatment was quite fast and furious, which is great if you are in a rush. Results were ok but not good enough that I'd go back. I have red dots around my left eyebrow, possibly because no sanitiser was used is verging on the too thin side. I wouldn't have the confidence to return let's say.
