Always done excellently but they are very busy and there was only one therapist upstairs so she had to keep running in and out, answering the phone & door. Ambience could be a little more relaxing but treatment was great as always.

Friendly girls, very welcoming. I was asked if someone could watch for training purposes - I was fine with this, and I feel like they would have been understanding had I not been okay with this. Both girls put me at ease. Venue felt very clean, nice white rooms as opposed to some waxing rooms which feel dark and dingy. Would go again but quite pricey which you expect in the city
