I went to the salon for infills and I am disappointed with them. I told the nail technician what shape I wanted for my nails, and got something completely different. They're all different lengths and shapes, which looks ridiculous. I felt like the nail technician wasn't overly sure of what she was doing, my nails aren't painted all the way to the end and the infill hasn't been done correctly. I don't like the fact you have to pay before you go and £35 for what I've received is appalling. I emailed and asked for a refund and I've had no response, I don't really think it's good to ignore a customer! Had I of been able to pay at the salon, I wouldn't of! When you pay that much for some infills, you expect them to be amazing! I've had to pay out more money to get infills done again somewhere else as I am so unhappy with what's been done. The nail technician was also speaking a different language to someone else whilst doing my nails which I think is rude and totally ignorant. I won't be going back again!

Friendly professional and clean salon. Happy with the result and would go again/recommend. Mary talked to me a bit about what she was going to do and why to make sure I was happy rather than jumping straight in without checking what I wanted.

The treatment was overall good and the staff member was friendly. I would say that to offer better value for money a better tidy up of nails or even a bit of cuticle oil or clear nail polish would have given it a better rating. I felt like my nails were not exactly presentable when I left.
