I have very sensitive skin (am on medication) and told the therapist this, but some of my skin on my upper lip was still ripped off by the threading which has now left me with a cut. I also think £10 too add upper lip to an already £10 eyebrow thread is quite a lot.

The venue didn't feel very clean and the beautician double dipped from the wax pot which is dangerous, I didn't realise until the end. She also didn't seem very experienced.

Sorry but I was expecting hot curls as that’s what I purchased on treatwell but when I got there - they told me they didn’t have GHD’s or any hot curlers. Misleading advertising
