I have had hot wax for 12 years. The woman who did my wax was not great, I gave her the benefit of the doubt once, but was just as bad second time around. She never checks the temperature of the wax, just sloshed it on repeatedly, even when I told her it was too hot. For this reason, I was unhappy with the wax and was very uncomfortable. The second time, the wax was too hot yet again and I'm not too sure exactly what she did but I was bleeding for a week afterwards so would not go back. I have had Dee before and she is great, but even though I specified Dee in my booking, when I turned up I had another woman.
