Overall a good experience. They seemed to be running behind on appointments. My appointment wasn’t in their system when I arrived but that could have been down to timing. Friendly staff, they really make an effort to welcome you and you can tell they care about their customers. Clean salon and good colour choice.

I am not sure about the other treatments but I wouldn’t recommend the upper lip threading. The girl was very nice but unfortunately didn’t know the right technique so it was quite slow and painful. I even got two tinny cuts in the lip after the treatment. Not ideal.
