Had a terrible experience with a hair stylist who did not have good customer service skills. I prepaid through the app which I had requested for something different to what I wanted unintentionally. The hairstylist wasn't prepared to work out a solution. Although the manager and I worked this out, the hairstylist did not say a word the whole time he was cutting my hair and when he did he basically told me I couldn't get what the manager had agreed upon. He was rude and made me feel uncomfortable and nervous. I do not rate this hairstylist at all.
