The place was really dirty and cramped, there was hair on the floor, things were just thrown on the floor and it didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly in a very long time. Laura did my nails and was absolutely lovely and I am happy with the end result, but I did think it was too expensive for gel nails, in a place where you are just shoved in next to the hairdressing station. I won’t be returning.

Room wasn't very nice - stuff everywhere - not a relaxed environment. Wax was quick and fairly painless, but the lady didn't take much care and wasn't very thorough. I was left with bits of wax on me and random hair - not as good as my usual place. Staff were friendly and it is a convenient location, so ok for an emergency wax!
