The place is small and no good ventilation so it smells a bit like chemicals.
The receptionist was very friendly and smiley.
The therapist greeted me on arrival, but only confirmed where I have booked my treatment but not what I booked to have done. It was also uncomfortable that she had very bad breath and it was noticeable the whole time I sat in front of her. I always keep my own nail when doing Acrylics so I can save them out underneath, but the therapist chopped and filed my nails down to the minimum as soon as I sat down at the chair not asking what I wanted to do.
I got an allergic reaction to the primer and glue they used to prep for the Acrylic Nails and I decided to stop the treatment and take them off because of the pain. The therapist was very accommodating to me and understood the situation. She was helpful aiding my fingers and giving me healing salves. She gave me the bottles of the ointments she had used to but they had no ingredients listed and the salon didn’t have a folder with ingredients they use in their treatments.
The salon did not offer me a discount or refund. My experience was unexpected and I was helped when it occurred, but the salon could have been better in my opinion.
