Good eyelash tint result, but not the best I have had. She made me remove my mascara and also the tint itself myself so it stung a bit!

This was an absolutely bizarre experience. I was asked if I wouldn’t mind having a student present (which of course I didn’t mind). I was left to get undressed before the two staff returned to the room. At this point the bed wasn’t working and I was asked to move to another bed (in the same room), slightly embarrassing as I was naked on the top half (it’s a back massage) and I was not offered a towel or anything to cover myself. The other bed was pushing up against the wall meaning the entire experience felt very one sided. The therapist had a good technique, however also had something very sharp on her wrist (watch or bracelet) which scraped my skin. The lady also had long nails which was unpleasant at times.
The room itself was clean but there was outside noise so not exactly relaxing. Massage time was also less than stated. Two stars as the technique was good and therapist was polite, however I wish they wouldn’t insist on a hard sale of packages and courses and bombardment on emails after.

Fantastic upper lip thread but they were 15-20 mins late with my appointment which showed that they were unorganized. They need to improve on being late especially as I wanted to just quickly pop out of my office during the day to get this done but ended up taking a lot longer than expected, making me be delayed from work.
