First and last visit. Painful. Therapist blamed the pain on me for not holding my eyes properly during threading. I regularly get my eyebrows threaded and no other salon has found this an issue. Extremely rough, her fingers poked me in my eyes, very painful and she kept scraping over the same area numerous times until I had to make her stop.

I absolutely love my haircut and am very happy with my hairdresser, there was only one thing that wasn't good - she was really rough when washing the hair and blow drying so that was not a pleasant feeling. Being a little more gentle would help :) I did not say anything to her as she was so lovely otherwise. I will definitely come back though because on an excellent haircut, friendly staff and competitive price.
