Always very happy with my brows. The downfall here is the appointment times are not kept well meaning I am always waiting for 10 mins.

Lots of staff but left waiting for my appointment to begin. Hollywood was left me bleeding (which has never happened before) and was extremely patchy. Eyebrow threading was too slow and therefore more painful. I wouldn’t return here. The prices are extremely high for the level of service I received.

I’m not really one to visit new places to have treatments done, but I am happy with how comfortable I felt around the staff and in the environment of the salon. My manicure was absolutely great, however my only concern was that during the cuticle work that was done, my skin was cut and the staff seemed to take no notice of that.
