Absolutely terrible service at this salon. I was overcharged hugely and asked to pay £54 for acrylic nails that were pushed under my cuticles (which I’ve now learnt is the completely wrong thing to do) and they have now damaged my cuticles and caused a huge infection and a lot of pain. I had to get them removed the next day after speaking to a nurse who recommended this. When I called up the salon, I did not once receive an apology or any offer for a refund whatsoever. Avoid this place!!!!!!!!!

This place although has a clinical cleanliness to it, the staff are considerate and very warm. If you are looking for professional with a a bonus of a lovely vibe, I highly remember this place. Vicky and Dee was professional but also such lovely people! X
