Quite disappointing. The treatment was fine but took much longer than usual (30 mins rather than 15) and the place was very dirty.

Some staff were judgmental and didn’t make me feel good. Hair stylist also “didn’t have time” to dry my hair and wanted me to go outside in the cold with wet hair. Nails weren’t filed either.
