I am absolutely thrilled with the staff and service at Beauty on the spot.
Having found a last minute appt. I was greeted in an unpretentious and warm friendly manner and waited for only a few mins with a cup of tea.
My stylist Pasquale was just LOVELY. Genuinely friendly, and listened to what I was after, felt the condition of my hair and suggested a couple of things. I'm so glad I trusted him to do his job because he's done it FABULOUSLY. I feel great and my hair does too.

The facial was half an hour, and after I settled in the room a few minutes had gone past. The therapist came but took another few minutes cleaning/washing some items. The facial was very basic-cleanse,tone,mask and moisturise; which I am fine with but couldnt that not be incorporated with some facial massage? It then finished a few minutes early...I stepped out and saw yellow face mask residue on my face and neck
