I had the worst experience ever! They took me 40 min late, didn’t even offer a glass of water and over charged me £40 extras for a 2 minute blow dry that I didn’t want as I had to run to the station to catch my train (I insisted I didn’t want it and ended up leaving with wet hair). At the end I ended paying £87 for a T Section. Very bad service.
