Therapist was late and ended up only giving a 22 min massage instead of 30 min. I normally don’t notice times of massages because I trust that they will do the minutes you paid. This time I did notice because she was late. It is a stressful situation to argue about this which kinds of ruins the experiencing of “relaxing” massage. I explain that to them and they wanted to come up with a solution but by that time I was late to go back to work. Definitely not coming back. They seem not to be in control of their schedule.
