My nail therapist switched mid manicure, to a woman that coughed through the whole treatment and for 2 weeks after - my cuticles were peeling very painfully. As I believe the 2nd therapist cut too far into the cuticle.
I use beauty on the spot for other services, but won't be going back for manicure there anymore after this experience.
