Caught skin whilst removing shellac and cuticles. Skin raised and sore. However, in general a lovely place for all my beauty treatments. I will be returning.

The wax was not done properly. I've had many Hollywood waxes in the past and have barely felt any pain - this wax was the complete opposite.
Hygiene wise it was not good either - she was redipping the same wooden stick back into the pot for the whole session & it was not a fresf pot of wax...
The next day I notice my skin in the waxed area was peeling... I have never seen my skin do that before
Won't be going back, stick to well know wax places for a Holywood
