Therapist skill was amazing (really great person) but I was charged £31 for a shellac application (no manicure included) and then a further £10 for the removal of existing shellac so all in all too expensive - new location is bizarre!

They have recently changed their address but this does not render on google maps, I had to spend 30 minutes walking across the city in lunch break. They were extremely unapologetic. I then arrived and they said I had booked a manicure, which I had not - I had booked and paid for a proper pedicure, it then took them a further then minutes to check this was true as they believed I must have paid for an Express’s pedicure. My appointment began 40 mins late - the treatment was good but I didn’t love the staff’s nature or unapologetic attitudes.

Andrew did a very good job with my haircut. He cut it exactly how I asked and a blowdry was great.
