The fact that I travel all the way from Reading to Harrow to have my nails done should say it all. I am always always happy with the way my nails are done. I love the variety of colours and the staff are always pleasant and welcoming.

I came before my appointment. They made me sit. A girl started on my nails then she left for fifteen min. Then another one came and was rushing that my cuticles were bleeding.
I am not happy with the service and will never go again.
