Poor customer service, didn’t get what I wanted. Asked for French tip - asked for the lines to me thin - it was thin on my right hand and thicker on my left. Didn’t realise until I got home.

This is genuinely the best nail salon I’ve been to. The place is always clean, everyone there is so talented and professional, and they always get exactly what I want without me having to explain much. Love coming here

place was good, but Peter was not great. didn't know much about Biab and couldn't speak English. I mentioned to him a few times that my fingers were burning under the UV light and he didn't know. His colleague Lou had to intervene and help him out
