The staff here except for Ceri was extremely rude and aggressive, I booked for 245, they changed my technician 3 times the 2nd lady has anger issues because I asked her to change something but she ignored me 3 times and then stormed off and asked a man to do my nails who was equally aggressive throwing things to the side. All 3 are constantly on their phones talking amongst each other, they refuse clients requests if you ask for a change. They made me wait 30 mins because the lady had a tantrum

Would recommend Beauty On The Hill to anyone, absolutely love the way my nails are done. I have been going here for a while now & everyone is always friendly. I nearly always have my nails done by Ken, and he always pays so much attention to detail which I love. And because I am a regular customer, it’s nice that they call me by my first name whenever I go into the salon.
