Nails are great but there is something about the atmosphere here which is feels quite cold/unwelcoming. This is the second time I have visited and felt the same.

I booked in for a gel manicure and I’m really happy with the result. They had the colour I wanted (a sparkly/glittery purple) and the manicurist was very professional and efficient. I’ll have to book in for more treatments.

The salon is always lovely and clean, my manicure wasn’t as good as usual (bits of old colour left on and can be seen/ a few bumps on nails / some of them are quite thick) but they were very busy and was still a good manicure. I also didn’t have Lily doing my nails after requesting her as she did my first set of nails which have been the best so far.
