I'm a long term customer. The quality is usually great. However, the experience today with my gel manicure wasn't as positive. I'd made a comment about my manicure (the French tip on one finger was subpar). The beautician seemed defensive. I really rate the salon; however, if a customer is explaining an issue kindly listen to them.
