I had booked an appointment to redo BEAB instead of infill upon advice of one of the staff. Service was great & work done was super. Only thing is, I wasn’t made aware that there was a small charge for removing the BEAB.

My main issue is with the service. The lady who prepared my nails didn’t greet me, just started on my nails. The whole experience felt very rushed and I didn’t feel I was listened to get the best result. I said this was my first time getting ombré.
